"Dell wouldn't provide the driver because the system was out of warranty [I gave them the service tag#, they said sorry-but, I could purchase a CDROM with it :( ]. Not sure why these manufacturers alienate customers by not providing the tech support and resources that is built into purchase price----ThankYou DriverGuide.com!!!"
