"I've been using this driver for a while and came looking for another one because this one randomly gives me an annoying bluescreen message (yes, a bluescreen in WinXP.. so it's a problem). And for people like Jon, yes I know how to install a driver. Also, it makes DVDs have weird color on my Dell Latitude CPx."

"I have an ati rage xl PCI (expert98) card I'm trying to install as a backup to my agp card. I using XP. I've tried the drivers on the ati disk, several from the ati website and what I've found here, XP_5772.zip

none of these will install. I'd be grateful for any help. TIA"

"This works in a SagerMidern. Go to the message from Michael (July 23, 2002) for tips that will allow installation of the program. Jon (Jul.6,2003) learned to work on computers at college but an education didn't make him a gentleman, and he probably isn't a professional."

"I´ve been expirience some dificultys in instaling this driver. Most drives are executable, but this is in a zip file. When i unzip it, i don't know what to do with it. I try all the *.exe. When I folowed the intructions on the help file and tried to instal it there were a compability error (i'm using XP). sice I dont know whitch file to switch compability (to 2k or 98) the

"Not all drivers come with install programs you know. It pays to know how to work a zip file and install drivers from .inf's. And this driver doesn't work with Win2k SP3."

"Extract the zip file. Using device manager's change driver feature, choose to select the driver for install manually. Click have disk and locate the extracted contsnts from the zip. It'll prompt for your model and finish and restart. This worked for me to enable dual monitors and more."
