"I did have to hand load it. System icon/hardware tab/device manager. Click Network Controller - update driver. Then chose to select driver to install. Point to Broadcom and the to 801.11/a/b/g. I loaded on a Dell Latitude D600 refurbished laptop...it has the BCMN94309MP in it..but can't find a specific driver for it. Found that some had had luck with this one instead

"I upgraded the troublesome Intel Wifi-Card in My Dell 600M over to the Broadcom BCM4306(??) 802.11g Wireless NIC& this driver went rite in & detected My SSID went in smooth & fast no fancy frontend but I prefer XP Wireless Manager anyhow"

"Driver did NOT work at all and setup program said that it had set up but was much too quick to do anything. Was trying to install on a Dell C640 and this is "supposed" to be a TrueMobile model 1150 wireless mini-PCI card, but this download ONLY shows Compaq and HP Notebooks and appears to have been downloaded from a HP site."

"Like otherwise already said, the auto installer did not work. But like described above the driver works well in my Dell C400 after having it installed manually by going into device manager, selecting the offending hardware, selecting update driver and so on..."

"Works great. Has to be done manually though.

- After installation go to Control Panel --> Hardware Tab --> Device manager.

- Under Network Adapters find the adapter and right click and choose update driver.

- When wizard starts choose "Install from a list or specific location (Advance)" and click next.

- Choose "Don't search I will choose

"Used this driver to update the Broadcom BCM4306 wireless adapter on a Fujitsu S6120 notebook. Old driver did not support WPA security. Adapter now working with no problems so far on a WPA enabled network."

"This driver works excellent with my Broadcom BCM4306 802.11 b/g WLAN Mini PCI card. Despite it belongs to HP ZD7000, DELL's driver is the same. However, I didn't try to automatic install this driver - I chose manual way instead."

select I will choose

select have disk

go find where I unzipped the file to. (I had to get winrar)

then I had to try the drivers one by one until one worked. it was the 2nd to last one. WLAN b/g..."
