"I hade installed on a Windows pro and then the sound works good but i prove a music system to join with the PC and the sound gone..i'v reinstall again drivers but I dont have sound???.but when i reinstall the drivers i saw that the soundcard calculate"FOUND NEW HARDWARE...:(( can someone can help me...

"Yeah, baby! Third time's the charm! Worked great in XP Pro Corp. on an Asound Gold/Asound 3D-PnP/AS700 (the three names I found on the card). It installed the Sound, FM Synth, MPU401, and Game Port without a hitch (besides XP's annoying prompt that the driver developer didn't pay protection money to Microsoft for WHQL testing and certification). It is a generic driver

"Hey works good for me. It did come up with not an XP file but installed it any way. I put it on a floppy it was much easier to find it to install it. Thanks Yea sound once again"

"This seems to work, however it extracts into a "windows 2000" directory and XP tells you that it has not passed the windows logo testing. Device manager correctly identifies it."
