This card is PnP (Plug and Play) under Windows 9x, and if you enable this in the BIOS of the network card. You can also set it to behave like an NE2000 compatible and manually set the IRQ etc. I have attached EZCFG.EXE that enables BIOS configuration and provides card diagnostics, and L40WSP200.EXE which is a self-extracting floppy image of the manufacturer's driver disk. EZCFG.EXE is on the floppy disk.
