"I enjoy previous versions of Windows (95/98/ME/NT, etc)... Seems like everytime I look at getting a new computer I have to take the stinking new Windows Operating system too. Now, my failry new - but slightly used periphrial devices don't work... so I have to spend my time findoing others wyas to fix it, or spend more money and trhow awaya perfectly good piece of equipme

"If you really want the 2100c to work with XP, download the file called sj644en instead! The file is as large as 28 Mb, but it works! This is how I did it, first UNPLUG the scanner from your pc en remove all previous installed software for the scanner. Turn off your computer and turn it back on again. If you have the software for Win 98 on cd-rom, go with Explorer to "Engli
