"Now I work with 2 partitons one with 98 and the 2ns with XP. after download I'll install the new driver and I'll hope the modem work correctly. Thanks in advance and if I'll have problem i'll write to you to have please a possible solution. tanks"

"It also works with safeway USB 56 K, internally its a Smartlink. I tested it with XP, finally I can use my modem thanks!!"

"dont know or it works yet since i am in the process of collecting drivers to upgrade my computer to xp will let you know when i upgrade or it works still have to find an aol. disk for xp since most of them dont work with xp need aol. ultra version 6.0 disk that is the only one with a xp access in c"
