"Didn't work on first attempt and haven't tried it again.

I have in the past had trouble with this Hardware.

I might not have had parallel port set to epp mode during install and didn't have time when attempting to install the driver to check eveything out.

It might work in the future when I have time to work with it."

"I installed the driver, and that seems to be working out ok. The problem I'm having is when I get ready to do the scan test it says "cannot find default data source" What does that mean?"

"I have a scanport sq2030. I haven't used it in years. I lost all the software and I want to hook it up to my new computer. Any ideas? I am not sure where to even hook it. Please help! Thanks )"

"· I downloaded ScanportSQ2030-XP.zip into my SCANPORT folder · Created a subfolder in Scanport called “zips” · Then extracted all 3 folders · Then opened DISK 1 and installed Setup.exe · Works perfectly. Thank you Pam J"

"Finally, after hours of tedious searching, a driver works. Although it was a bit difficult to get going. After a few tries I got it too work."

"Thank you!!! My SQ2030 is finally useful with XP! For the confused - the driver file contains three copies of the same drivers - just unzip the file, then execute one of the .exe files to extract the drivers. Ignore the other two .exe files, they're just duplicates."

"This driver works great To use unzip file until you get a dir. called sw260 with disk 1,2, and 3 then copy and paste the sw260 dir. into the scanport directory"
