"I have downloaded the driver, after double click on web.exe it does not start the folowing message appears.

cannot find web.exe, check the path of DLL are not available.

so it stop and i cannot use the scanner"

"I followed the directions as stated by Henry 6-15 then 6-11 I keep getting an error message "the scanner not connected please check your cable" Which I have many times - I have even bought a new cable and still the same happens, can anyone help please? Gemjo"

"When i doubleclick on web.exe (extracted from downloaded zip-data) i can choose the language, click on OK and the installation ends!!! WHY?!?!?!"
