"I downloaded it fine onto my desktop, which gave me a compressed folder. I extracted the files to the desktop. The files are security cataolog, system file,and setup information. I thought i could install it by clicking on system file however my computer does not recognize the file. After downloading, what do I do step by step? Im not even getting the option of installing

"I am using WinXP, everything was working fine until I reinstalled XP and now I lost sound. When I tried to play music in Window Media Player I get "Cannot play back the audio stream no audio hardware is available, or the hardware is not responding". I've tried to install a few drivers but nothing is working. Don't know the name of the driver, all I know is the Motherboard
