"downloaded this driver for tiny scanner model fu318d which is the same device as colorado 9600 usb scanner. it doesn't work in xp, this driver is for win2000 only. primax (who made the scanner for tiny) say it does work in xp but it doesn't. worse than that it f*cks up the usb subsys and prevents any other scanner from operating. microsoft recommend re-install xp to fix th

is but i fixed it with regedit. if you install this driver 'system restore' will not save your ass !!"

"Instructions for use of this driver are on the Primax website (www.primax.nl). You must follow these exactly (it is not a straightforward install). Works perfectly on my XP SP2 system"
