"Works fine provided you get rid of the generic 56 modem that XP choses first. You have to do things 'manually' i.e. chose to find the files yourself, it doesn't find them automatically."

"I installed the driver but WXp keeps telling me the driver isnt authenticated. So i insisted and the instalation did work, till i reboot. After rebooting Wxp simply didnt work at all."

"I've decided to give you all the full report here. I logged off after posting the previous message, and then rebooted the computer. When I went to start Internet Explorer, I noticed that the modem made hardly any sound whatsoever. (Usually, the modem makes the initial dial-up noise, then the sound is turned off.)
