"Finally works. After install the program Windows ask for *.inf file. Ignore it. Go to System, find Hardware / add hardware wizard, check if you have a big yellow question mark. Install it."

"Th,aks for the driver. But like Bruno (see on Sept 08) Windows XP is asking for a *.INF file and does not want to use the files (although .inf) found on the Artiscan installation CD. Any idea of solution ? Thanks"

"This is second time I find a right driver for sm@rtscan under XP, but I am not able to use it after running setup.exe up to complete the installation, I have to restart PC. After all, system finds new hardware, and asks me to install best driver. And when I go on on this procedure, I don't find the ".inf" file in the folder of software... How can I do ? Thank you for repl
