"Installed & works fine in a Win XP system. I installed this driver first; then plugged in the SWL-2300U USB adapter. By the nature of this (bare) driver, I had to use the Win XP network config for configuring the adapter. (I prefer it that way anyway). Thanks a lot to DriverGuide and the uploader!"

"Finding the driver after install in Win98/ME probably won't be easy for the casual PC user. The .pdf included in the zip is useless to us who aren't able to read what I believe is Korean.

Otherwise, this hard-to-find driver is there, and it does work, so it's a thumbs up for me."
