"This is not a driver. It is the installation manual. Note that it is in Chinese. Might be useful in China, but not in the United States."

"Need "N/A" values for driver ratings...

This driver does NOT support VC0305 and VC0305b chipsets as it advertises.

The install guide is BLANK!
