(4 hours after download)

unable to scan images

scanner head moves, scanner light on.

blank page scanned.

might be the scanner is broken. I will have to test on a different computer.

probably hardware or software incompatibility.

"It works with XP...!! I haven't used the install. CD (it was only for W9x and WinME). Just install on C root(not in Prog.Files.., just C...!) and you can select the scanner through the Import- or Twain-function in your Photo-/ Graphic programm. After install I booted the comp, than plugged-in the scanner(not directly on the mob connection wich are at the backside but I di

"have searched for driver for this scanner medion md 9385 for days... since it suddenly decide not to work on xp.. tho it has been. on setup cd supplied. but unfortunately it did not work... thanks for the effort tho"

"The driver works perfekt!! Thanks a lot. As written above the driver is not supported by Windows Logo-test and the driver has no digital signature. BUT it works.....!!"
