"La instalación del driver 48UMicro.dll (para Windows XP) funcionó al elegir el driver de la carpeta "winxp". NO funcionó al elegir la carpeta genérica "driver". Gracias!

Driver installation 48UMicro.dll (for Windows XP) worked to choose the driver "winxp" folder. It did not work when choosing the generic folder "driver". Thank You

"At Last!!!

A driver that works!

I have been trying to get the Medion 4394 working using the Medion website, but no hardware information could be located when I plugged the scanner in......

Do not waste your time USE THIS!

"I had been having LOADS of problems getting my scanner driver updated, I downloaded the driver from this site - it worked straight away and my scanner has worked fine since!!
