"Cannot install. Under XP camera normally uses standard Mass Storage driver. Running INSTALL.EXE says "It is not necessary to install this driver." Device Manager/Hardware setup refuses to change driver for USB device.

I was hoping to get TWAIN functionality out of it, but perhaps that's not possible."

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
