I had to take the original file from Dynex website and work on it with WinRAR, extracted the files, then rezipped them. It appears to be ok now and will run and start the installation but that's as far as I went in checking it.
Unzip to a temp folder and double-click AUTORUN.EXE to start the installation. Or you can burn the files to cd-rom and it will autorun when inserted into your drive. There will be sub-folders with drivers for each os (including Windows 98).

Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
Select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
