"Only works for XP, as far as I can see. Installation is a bit more complex then usual: (I actually had to install two separate parts.) But as long as you follow the readme you should be fine. :>"

"The driver seems to work but XP will not use the scanner since SP2 Scanner software from Microsoft does not detect the driver or scanner although the hardware does. It used to work before SP2. The scanner wizard seems to think the scanner is not plugged in but it is and windows is detecting this fact. Device manager reports everything ok. Plugging and un-plugging get the
