"I have a 3570C hp scanjet scanner. I installed it and it worked fine until one day windows would not recoginze that the scanner was there. I uninstalled, and intalled it several times. I contacted HP and they assured me that I was given the correct software. What happened? How do I fix this."

"I have a scanjet 3400c scanner and I have windows 98 SE and can't seem to find a driver for this device if any one out there has a driver for this type scanner please email it to me I need it bad. Thank you."

"you won't get the "FATAL ERROR" message if you do this. try downloading this driver, sj589en.exe.. it's an update for win2000. then use sj651mu.exe.. the update for XP. good luck.. thanks!"
