"Work fine, but cant have any program to download photos. I use one, of the scanner, and go to select source, and go to Acquire image. The same thing is from word Insert> Image> From scanner and camera. In both cases work the twain driver

"It worked one time to of-load the camera pictures. That was the last time it worked. Apparently I accidentally hit the right combination ONCE."

"Can't get it to work. During setup, I get the ff error message An error occured during the move data process -115 File Group SYSTEM File C \WINDOWS\System32\DC31DEC.dll I'm using windows xp with service pack 1 installed"

"I have looked for a driver for ez200 and windows xp forever, none worked kept crashing my puter, i finally called kodak, they said if i have usb root 2.0, i had to download windows service pack 1 from microsoft, i did it fixed the problem, the windows service pack 1 is a update patch for windows xp to fix hardware problems, check in to it, it worked for me, with the drive
