"this Driver date is 1998/08/27, so it can't work with Windows Xp, and it is not working.

it's INI file, so WinXp can't install it.

"En realidad este no es un driver sino un archivo ini que tienes que remplazar por el que instala el cd que viene con el escaner. Cuando colocas el cd de primax te instala el driver de win nt. Este crea en el directorio de windows/system/colorado el archivo hardware.ini Debes reemplazar este por el que se baja aqui. Saludos. Si no lo encuentras ve a buscar de windows y busc

"600p / XP pro Los comentarios aquí puestos son negativos. Prueben los drivers para NT que sirven sólo para imágenes. No funciona para texto. Comments here are negative. NT drivers works only to scan images. Not useful for text."

"This ".INI" file work fine. I have tested it and use it. The only thing that has to be done is to overwrite the same ini file in the %systemroot%\twain_32\colorado directory. Reboot system and use image program that supports twain_32"

"All that downloaded was a useless dialog box. I've spend 4 hours searching the web for a Colorado 600 driver that is XP compatible, with no luck. The www.primax.nl site is off line. Don't waste your time - go buy a new scanner."

"Es un archivo ini que remplaza por el que

instala el cd que viene con el escaner.

Este crea en el directorio /windows/twain_32/colorado/ el archivo hardware.ini

Reemplazar este por el que se baja aqui.

Probado en XP con el software propio de Primax y con el PSP 5"

"IT WORKS UNDER Windows 2000 Pro Windows XP Pro There's only one way to make work your Colorado 600p correctly. Download the driver l36_ennt.exe i.e. from www2.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads9/6139.html (you can find it even on www.primax.nl but you can find this driver and notice that there's no support for WinXP -(. It works under Windows 2000. But if you use Windows
