"It took a long, long time to find this because it is listed as WinXPModem when in actuality it is for all OS's. Please fix this and list it in all OS's so the next person doesn't have to download and install 6 to 8 "matching" drivers that don't work and finally after searching by FCCID# with no OS listed here it is listed under XP. The worst part is you don't eve

"I just installed this driver on an old Win98se machine that I upgraded to XP. It has full intergrated Xcel 2000 motherboard with a CMi8738 sound/modem chip. The driver work the first time. Thanks"
