"Registration is way too long and the screens are unclear. The driver for HP Scanner 5300C down loaded quickly but would not execute. A terrible waste of time, very frustrating."

"I see that it is the same driver I downloaded before. It is impossible to get it to work with my system. P4, 3GB, Win xp pro, sp 2, HP Scanjet 5300 C.

"The program unzipped just fine but I also got the "fatal error" message. Perhaps Krille should have this driver removed or replaced if it doesn't work properly."
