"At the start of the install, the prog asked what kind of SCSI interface I have. Parallel port was the only alternative. Apparently, USB was not around when the cavemen made this driver"

"After unpacking delivery file to 6 directories (Discs 1 to 6) Installation hung up claiming required file was not found. Tried all 6 discs - no go!"

"There is disk 1-6 but when i start install from disk 1 then it prompt me to select disk 2 but i select disk 2 it say cannot find! so is there any other correct way of installing the driver??"

"Hi friends in distress! ur right, dinna work for me... can't read disk 2... Jerry must of corrupted the files while making the self-extractor... here's the rescue, go to the driver guide bulletin board for Microtek Lab scanner drivers, at www2.driverguide.com/cgi/drifound-new.pl?ID=microtek&NAME=Microtek-Lab then go down a few lines till u find Model ScanMaker 330/336/
