"Install was straight foward but pre install did not explain what this driver was for. I found it on a search for DVD Decoders. IF YOU ARE DOWNLOADING THIS SO YOUR DVD PLAYER WILL PLAY DVD's - DON'T!

This is not a decoder, says it will hold pages for you or something like that. Don't know what it does but didn't work for what I wanted. Probably works great for someone w

"This is a driver/decoder? all it did was open my microsoft media player with an error media could not play because a compatible decoder was not found."
