"This 1 loads under XP Pro with Service pack 1, Cel 2.00 with 512 RAM & onboard 32 meg AGP - BUT - the piezo speaker on the card keeps sqawking while modem is connected, regardless of any settings to turn it off. But it DOES WORK."

"I tried 127A1025_HSF_driversigned.zip (version 6.0.30 dated 12/18/2002) from conexant website, it makes noise at modem. Now I use the same driver from driverguide but the different version (4.05.04.00 dated Otc 2001), there are noise but little. My modem : conexant RS56/SP-PCI R6793-17"
