"I downloaded the .zip file, extracted the contents, attempted to assign the driver to the device and it didn't recognize it. Not sure what I did wrong but it shouldn't be this difficult."

"olympus says and sells this driver for the vn960-pc. The downloaded driver works will all models but the 960"
