"After Googling this Packard Bell WC-100 webcam, it seems there are many people searching for the driver. It appears that the older hardware is no longer covered on the manufacturer's website. Thereby is another problem, this camera is actually made by Trust and OEM'd to Packard Bell. Anyway this driver is the genuine article, unlike the file "driver.rar" which an

How to Update WC-100 Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
