"Dont bother with the "exe" file in this pkg. It doesnt work, however if you just point XP's installer to these files after they are unzipped, it takes what files it needs and modem works fine. By way I used this with an 'Lectron' modem with agere chipset. Apparently these modems were sold under Lectron and Practical brand names."
