This is a modem found in many Scrapyard Hells and Siemens Wixdorf. It has ASCxxxxxx, hamr5603 si3014-ks is what you see on the chips, it is probably manufactured by smartlink. To install make sure you have "ONBOARD MODEM" or "AC'97 MODEM" enabled in the bios (or auto), unzip the file to a folder on your hard drive, make a note of the path and then go into device manager (right click on My Computer and click properties and then device manager. Find the "PCI CARD" or simular device with a exclamation mark beside it, double click on it and click re-install driver, click on search for a driver, tick specify a location and un-tick everything else, put the path from earlier in the textbox, click browse and then double cli
