"Seems pretty stable and easy to install using the driver's GUI. Struggles with a few apps that try to use only the TWAIN driver and suppress the Mustek interface (e.g. LC Copier). On the whole good and I doubt you'll find one better :-)"

"This driver worked fine on my XP machine.Unlike the original driver CD from Mustek. Go to update driver and take it from there. Once the zip file is unzipped just point the installer to the destination."

"I tested this driver on my WindowsXP Pro with SP1. The Preview works fine, but when I scan the image it is always b/w even when I select color or greyscale. Any idea how to fix this"

"oh,my god. After I called Mustek, they told me there wouldn´t be an XP-driver. that was weeks ago,. Now I just wanted to do an completly new win98se installation and was looking for drivers. so luckily it was when I found this site through google. and guess the 2 things I will not do now 1. install 98 2. never buy a mustek product again. thank you so much, and after test

"I mill pass comment when I install win XP. and get my scanner working I have been holding back on the install of Win XP as I needed my 600usb but as you know MUSTEK did not care about their customers after sales service. I will never buy a another Mustek product again after the way they held their customers in contempt"
