"This is the only driver I've been able to use to make my modem work with win XP, my modem suffix ends with -008 and is one of the last ones that will work with XP, an earlier unit will not work with this driver."

"Driver installs with provided .exe on XPPSP2. It does work, but so far connection speed is limited to 33kps, while same modem operates at 49.3kps under W98SE. Good news is that the old modem is still useful."

"If I remember correctly only the 2920 modems with the last 3 digits in the part # of -003 or higher will work in XP mine is a -008 Thanks" mine has the part # of 001, What should I do?"

"I had the same problem as Gir randems, but this driver now allows me to connect. I don't hear the handshake and the connection speed is only 36k - but at least it's working!"
