"Windows XP Pro notified me that the Hardware was not compatible with the OS. I intend to try installing it on my son's Win98 OS PC later..."

"I couldn't add the details when I uploaded (?!) so I will here- this driver is for the Intel TV Tuner card which isn't supported by Intel. (EMJPCVD17x) The drivers work fine in Win98, although there is a problem with the included viewer/capture app. Use VirtualDub or similar to watch TV."
