"This driver is supposed to work with Win Vista for my Acer S2W 3300U scanner, accordingly to the information on the right column where the driver is localted, but every time I tried to install it, Vista says that couldn't find any driver for this device. I would really appreciate any help please. My OS is Vista

"i have an acer acerscan c310u windows 98. i bought a new computor with xp can't find the xp drivers to make it work. do i need the whole c310u software for xp. i've downloaded benq driver c310u xp drivers software but it will not recognize the scanner. can you help?"

"I can't install properly while installing it asks some dll files like IMGRWSB.DLL, TWAINDSB.DLL and i don't why it is so please send proper driver and help me to use scanner properly.

"I copied it to C \Windows\System and C \Windows\System32 and it works. I'm not sure which folder of the two it should be in, probably the latter."
