"Does not install on my Windows Vista Business x86 saying : 'The best driver software for your device is already installed'.

NVIDIA nForce MCP Networking Adapter on ASUS MB A7N8X Deluxe : Diver date: 2002-09-23; Driver version: 2.8.1.0.

Conclusion: no network connection on Windows Vista (XP is OK) via this adapter!
