but this driver didn't work.

went to intel site and downloaded drivers and encountered same problems"

"I reinstalled win 98 and dropped to 16 colors. PCWizard identified my card as Intel 740 AGP Graphics Adapter. I then downloaded intel740win9x.zip and installed it, and it gave me 32 bit color."

"I have the same problem. I reformated my disc, but when tryed to install the driver like I´ve done lots of times it won´t work. It is surprising like it work perfectly on Win XP... without any driver update. I will try this driver now."

"When I reformatted my hard drive I could not get my display to go any higher than 16 colors and the screen area was locked in at 640 x 480. This driver fixed everything for me. I can't thank you enough!"

"download - install - works !! Great driver. I use a standard intel card on a chaintech motherboard. As far as i remember i ude to have more problems with the original drivers."
