Hard driver to find. Stumbled across this on Gateway's web site. Installed this modem on a 1 GHz generic computer. Using the modem that I installed with this driver to send this message. It was the only driver that worked. The modem has Conexant CX11256-11 chip.

"Good driver. Using the modem to type the review. Modem was salvaged from an unknown computer. Installation was difficult. Had to force install to make it work. Took several attempts before I could get it to work but it works fine now. Installed on an old Dell Optiplex GX110. Pentium III processor 667MHz." See More

"[IMPORTANT] - Follow the read me(readme.txt included with driver) for the install to work. This driver didn't automatically install you had to type in actual run command. So read first and then click."
