"The zip files opens to a text file and 2 exe files. Text file is in portuguese, so I am assuming from the IP address, Juilo Cesar Almeida lives in Brasil. Ran the fist exe file and it installed some files and asked for reboot. After reboot, found new hardware and windows did not find the drivers for the modem. Ran second exe file and it installed some files. Restarted
