"during the installation I reccomend letting windows manage the wireless network as opposed to the IBM software if you are not an advanced user."

"This driver appears to be what Cisco offers on their site (Except that Cisco wants you to register to get it there). The diver setup offers you to only install drivers only (Useful for XP and later where Windows has its own wifi connection utility) Or Driver + Client (Useful for Win2K). The client works well under Windows 2000, I use these cards and this driver to get olde

"The Cisco site was unhelpful. I was surprised to find this driver at Driveguide site (thanks). The download was easy so was the install. The only thing is that Cisco changes your setting to disable XP Welcome Screen (for better security) so you get a login window instead until you de-install. I don't know if there is a solution round this if you want the Welcome screen.

"OK installing, works perfect (win98se)

After reboot I get errors of net21.cet file is missing.

a csccfg10.dll file that has been linked to a a bad output kernel32.ddl

and adu.exe, gives the error that a device that has been linked doesnt respond or work propper.

the NIC worked great under xp and 2000 on a brother laptop, so it should work.
