"although this may be very helpful if you have the drivers. This is support software for the scanner, although I'm sure very useful it is not the drivers. when opening it to use it, if you don't have the drivers installed it states,

You may not install the support software for your CanoScan FB 630 U without first installing the drivers for your CanoScan FB 630U

"This driver sucks! After I downloaded it to my C drive, I double clicked on the "Setup" icon, gave me a strange error message Unable to launch the Canon Setup program. Is there any guru can offer your generous hands??? Urgent! Gracias!"

"i was able to go to canon site and download CanoScan FB 630u SG-CSU532 SanoGear V5.32 and i was abled to get my scanner to work with WinXP"
