"make a copy on a formated floppy and delete the driver of the DVD from your system and insert the floppy into the drive and restart the computer and boot it from the floppy and let the software being installed and Press "YES" when you are asked. then remove the floppy and restart your cmputer. Enjoy the DVD."

"Create a floppy disk; reboot and run the app - follow instructions. It worked !! My DVD-ROM now reads CD and DVDs in XP (I could not read any files - tried everything). This is a real life saver. Use it."

How to Update sd-c2502 Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
