"This download from Conexant actually works. After going thru 4-5 others from the download list at DriverGuide, I tried this one (even tho it said he hadn't tried it). It worked just fine for a "non-labelled" modem riser."

"Windows XP would not detect this modem on the pchips m758lmr. I tried this driver and it worked. I still plan on goin over to pchips and see if I can match it up to any of their drivers. Dont buy cheap modems!"
