I spent ages trying to find this driver and found many more also looking it.

Model no is RD01-D480. It is a Conexant chip set and is used in many notebooks including Packard Bell, Dell, Compaq, Time etc.

How to Update Conexant SoftK56 Data Fax Modem Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
