Additional Notes

ONce you uncompress the zip file click on start.exe (it should look like a CD) this allows you to install the correct driver automatically (winxp uses the win2000 driver) and then AFTER its all installed, plug the phone in, then install the phonebook thing. These drivers are meant for those with the DICU9500B cable (the id number is on the cable where you can plug the charger in, if there isn't a place to plug the charger in or you don't see the id number, you don't have the cable for these drivers). This installs teh phone as a modem, but service may be limited. HOPE THIS HELPS!

How to Update CMD 9500 Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

Step 1 - Download Your Driver

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
