"I used this on an old (2004) FUJITEK web cam, no other identification on the camera.

Running Device Manager I was able to extract the Hardware IDs USB\Vid_04fc&Pid_0561&Rev_0000, USB\Vid_04fc&Pid_0561 and the Device Inst ID USB\VID_04FC&PID_0561\5&34A681E0&0&3

Looking these up in GOOGLE I found ICatch (VI) PC Camera and downloaded the dri

"i installed the driver but still its not working. i dont if the driver has the problem or may be its my device which has a problem.But ive read from the other forum that this ekes icatch vi pc camera is a big blur!"

"I have to say this driver works pretty good on my system. (Hint: If your having trouble with this driver then try reinstalling it after uninstalling, it worked well for a friend after he tried it.)"

"Extract all files & Folders in archive to a separate directory. Make sure use folder names is checked. Goto c:\folder name\driver_setup\setup.exe. Follow installshield wizard instructions. When done run AMcap from USB PC CAMERA in Programs Set options and go.
