"did not work,cannot unzip file. TELLS ME FILE IS CORRUPPTED.COULD YOU PLEASE SEND ME SOMETHIN THAT WOULD WORK BE IT A DRIVER OR OR ADVICE IT WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.I'VE ONLY BEEN INVOLVED WITH PC'S FOR A YEAR NOW AND THIS IS ALL NEW TO ME."

"my CN5614RS modem works fine on win9x, but not on XP. XP autodetects my modem as 'BestData modem' and not CNET.. stupid windows! The modem responds well when i query modem, but when i try to use it, it does not make any sound too.. therefore doesnt connect! anyone knows a solution?"

"i tried it but does not want to read my modem when i try diagnostics it comunicates with it but it does not make a sound.It also keeps telling me there is no dialling tone.Any ideas?"
