Additional Notes

This Driver will allow you to upgrade your Lucent Technologies modem (56k) to the V.92 Standard (Modem on hold for Call Waiting) it is the highest level driver up to this date.

I have several styles of modem using the lucent tech chip and have tried this driver on 98SE / Millenium / WinXP it has worked flawlessly on all my units.

the program is self extracting and unzips like all previous upgrades (unzip - click yes to install drivers ) back up registry before running program as a safe guard, if it does not perform equal to or better than previous driver restore registry and use previous driver ( I am aware that this driver has slowed the bps on a select few systems) I hope that this will be enjoyed by all users who have wanted the V.92 standard for their lucent modem but have not want
