"Had to change the spelling of it from lame_enc.dll to lameenc.dll in order for the program to recognize it.

Can't honestly say if the driver was good or even the right one cause the program doesn't do anything at all as where before it said it couldn't launch application cause it couldn't find lameenc.dll. So I'm not much help, sorry. The program for those curious was
